Dr Richard H Stevens, Director of Bodies in Motion
 I grew up in Glen Iris Melbourne and completed my studies at Wesley collage. A science degree at Melbourne University was completed in 1997 to only continue my studies in a five year double degree in Osteopathy at RMIT University. Due to my interests in animals after working in a veterinary clinic during earlier studies I completed further graduate diploma in Animal Chiropractic.
In recent years I have attended numerous post graduate courses including Osteopathy in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Dry Needling. Since graduating Osteopathy I have a very keen interest in the Biodynamic model and have done additional studies within this field throughout the years including Biodynamic with Babies and Children.
I have the privilege to combine my interest in travel and Osteopathy by working with both horses and riders in different Racing stables in Australia and a Horse Clinic in Germany and in particular the World Endurance Races in Dubai in 2005, while treating the Australian team.
Having two beautiful young kids fills up most of my time besides work. I’m enjoying the growth and development of my children and getting back to nature as much as possible- in our garden and the surrounds of Victoria.
My partner Andrea and I founded Bodies in Motion in 2003 to provide a family friendly clinic that strives to satisfy and enhance our patients health via a complementary form of health care.
